if they cant talk it'd be harder to build charisma and harder to build body is you weren't taught to walk

A hack that spawns the humble's computer right in the inventory without or after he arrives. Novelty is already worn off, and it's obvious enough what is in the wrapped present box after you been opening it over, and over, and over, and over again.

I wouldn't mind a hack to just make TS3 game buyable from the game racks. I think opening the present spawns a token that makes the game playable in the lot, even if you later sell the computer.

I'm secretly a Bulbasaur.

My memory is poor, so please take anything I say with a grain of salt. | Looking for SimWardrobe's mods? | Or Dizzy's? | Faiuwle/rufio's too! | smorbie1's Chris Hatch archives

Well there are mods to prevent the Terrible Abomination from showing up and bothering your Sims and I think they also add the computer to the catalog for you to buy.

I would prefer If it was gifted or in the catalog for free. Or the very least, have the humble's present be packed with a random object.

It's at Inge's place (Simlogical). It only does happen if they aren't potty trained. The only consequence though is a bad memory.

It was a Pescado hack did that - nohumble I think.

I think this thread should be closed at the point it reaches 500-page milestone perhaps?

Yup, that one and nohobbyspam are pretty much essential to even keep the game playable with Freetime installed.

When someone invites my sims to go Downtown, I'd like to be able to choose the outing location from all the community lots in my hood and subhoods. I like these invitations because I keep forgetting to send sims to community lots but I don't always want to attach and build a Downtown.

I want the volleyball net from Sims 1. That would be a really cool group thing.

i think it'd be great if there was some sims 3 hair or clothes to download somewhere.

Do you mean conversions from the Sims 3 to the Sims 2? There's a whole livejournal dedicated to it, though it hasn't been updated in a few years.

Yeah, like he.mf.bg said, there's a livejournal with a bunch of stuff. There's also http://ts3-conversions.tumblr.com/ but that also hasn't updated in 3 years. You could also look for creators known for doing 3t2 conversions, like simgaroop or rented-space. I think there's some 3t2 stuff on crispsandkerosene.tumblr.com and deedee-sims.tumblr.com as well. There's a lot more, but I can't remember their names off the top of my head right now and my internet's being too slow to search around for them :/

What I usually do when I want something from 3 to 2 is just put something like "sims 3t2 supernatural conversions," or whatever pack you want, and look through the results.

I once accepted an invitation to go downtown when there was no downtown or any subhood attached (I was curious what would happen), and when my sim got a taxi the normal "where to?" popup appeared with all the community lots in the main hood. I picked one and it worked fine, everyone still showed up with the outing meter and everything. And I don't have any mods that would affect outings/downtown settings as far as I know.

I could technically see it working from a cut in basketball animation before the sim manages to catch the ball and to by timing somehow manage to have the ball go in reverse in the moment as If the player was to deflect it back.

I was so disappointed that they didn't make more animations for sports-it was half-baked at best.
It would have been great to have the option to have a tennis team (another missing idea.) with the game playing options. Like have a small tennis team?

Or even just a practice court where your Sim was playing against one of those ball machines, which might be easier to program than having two Sims on opposite sides of the net. But yes, I'd really like my Sims to be able to play tennis.

I'd love it if they had archery as well. And gymnastics, doing short routines on pieces of apparatus.

Yeah, all of the above. Sadly, if it was moddable I think it would have been done by now.
