One of the things I miss most from the earlier Sims games is the ability of Sims to swim freely in the ocean.

There's something incredibly calming about watching your Sims wade through crystalline waters, to see them swim gracefully among the waves. You can almost feel the refreshing water brushing gently against your skin, feel the breeze ruffling your hair while the soothing warmth of the sun bathes your face and arms.

I bring you, in Tropical Beach, a chance to recreate that calming experience, that healing moment of solitude and inner peace.

Here you will find clear blue waters and welcoming sand. Rest on an easy chair or under the shade of the palm trees and take in the beauty and calming sounds of waves tirelessly washing over the beach.

The waves on this beach are no mirage. They are REAL!

Welcome to a paradise you can step into whenever you desire. Welcome to Tropical Beach.

Note: For the waves to appear you will need to the Studio Effect Player by Andrew at the Sims 4 Studio.

The link is: http://sims4studio.com/thread/2617/andrews-studio

Download the effect player and put in your mods folder. There is no need to place the effect players the lot. They have already been carefully positioned and programmed to create waves.
To make the wave effect begin see the photos included above. They will help you find the visible effect player on the lot and show how to activate it.

Note: The effects player can be activated only when your Sim is in the lot.

The Lot will work fine even if you choose not to use the effect player. There will, however, be no wave effect.
